For each of us, work takes a lot of our time and energy, so what will happen if we make the wrong choice of profession? Really, we will just be enduring our jobs and it will not bring us any pleasure. 

Fortunately, I avoided this.  My work is beloved and interesting, corresponding with both my abilities and qualities of character. This job makes it possible for me to meet and talk with people of different nationalities. It opens up before me the unique chance to see the life of this country with my own eyes and to learn about its history and culture first-hand, not from books and the internet. 

Automobiles have been my love since childhood.  I always liked the feeling of constant movement into the distance going towards something new. I have always loved and respected cars. Yes, I have respected and cared about automobiles as if they were living organisms, and they almost never let me down.

Thus, my job has given me the most important thing: the ability to drive a heavy-duty vehicle weighing several tons, a thing that I actually never dreamed could be. 

I worked in different trucking companies and learned a lot in my profession.  I saw up close the work of many of these companies and understood why some of them achieved their goals, while in others’ there is complete confusion and frequent personnel changes.

In our company, Real Trucking, I have worked long enough to see how our managers strive to interest us to: improve in our profession, help navigate the routes served, meet the deadlines for fulfilling orders, develop the ability to quickly assess the situation on the road and make the right decisions.

Thanks to the efforts, professionalism, and competence of management, a team of like-minded people has been created, which allows us to develop and strengthen the company's position in the market.

In the river of strong competition, our team clearly and harmoniously makes its way to the goal, like a small tugboat, trying to sink huge ships, foundering in the high waves. Yet, it does not give up, it floats and will continue to float ahead because we all work together to weather our competitors’ blows. The excellent work organization, discipline, and cohesion of our leadership, the well-organized work of the dispatch service, and quick and efficiently performed repair work help us to achieve this. 

And I derive pleasure not only from my interesting work but also from my conversing with colleagues who, during our years of working together, have become my second family. You can always get good advice, fair counsel, and hear words of gratitude.

I am part of this team because this is where I desire to be--where everyone perfectly fulfills their duties and feels professionally significant--understanding that implementing our common goals is dependent on hard work, friendly relationships, and mutual assistance.

How important it is to be confident that in a difficult situation, you will never be left without help! After all, when we are together, we can do everything!
