International Logistics:

• In August, we successfully managed to transport 27 loads across Europe and Ukraine.
• Currently, the most popular connection for us is from Ukraine to Poland and vice versa. 22 cargoes out of 27 were in these directions.
• In addition, we handled transportation to Bulgaria and from Germany, Lithuania, the Czech Republic.

SAFETY

• Two employees from the Safety and Compliance Team have successfully worked on 505 unidentified driving events.
• We passed successfully the Brake Safety Week from 8.21.23-8.27.23 with 4 clean inspections!
• We are continuing CoPilot implementation and training.
• Alternative Claims Management keeps helping Real with old-closed Ph damage claims where we receive extra money from the past.
• 2 people from HOS team successfully worked on 505 Unidentified driving events.
• Safety Coaches provided Orientation to 36 new-hired drivers in August.
• PasSmart functionality continues to be implemented, where 67mph on the pedal, 69mph on cruise mode, 70mph on PASSMART mode for fuel efficiency and managing the speed better. Already 22 units have PasSmart and more is to be done.
• Vigillo inspections for August show, 12 good inspections and 9 bad inspections (most for vehicle maintenance. and unsafe driving), and 2 non-CSA violations.
• For Samsara's monthly report August, we had no drivers on the severe top list with speeding events. Huge improvement! None drivers received a warning based on Samsara policy for speeding. Also, 2 drivers are listed for having severe unsafe events, more than 50 events for this month and they received a warning based on Samsara policy!
• We started the trial with E-smart on August 22nd. We`ll keep you posted on the feedback and functionality!
• On August 25th, MobilEye representative introduced us to their technology for collision avoidance system, which was very useful to learn about.
• We successfully submitted and got accepted to remove one of our crashes from the safer via DataQ.
• Real has 5 Liability claims and 8 PD claims for the month of August!
• The HOS compliance score of Real Trucking stays at the same point (0.12).
• During the previous month, we had 20 positive DOT inspections without any HOS compliance violations or tickets.
• Also, the HOS compliance score of the real transport decreased (from 0.55 to 0.42).
• It means that all the DOT inspections were completed without any HOS compliance violations.

National Statistics show 5,230 crash events with fatalities for Large Trucks in 2022. Real has NO fatalities ever since Real Trucking existed.

Safety Scores - Real Trucking:

• The FMCSA scores for Real Trucking for August on Unsafe driving are- 73 %, same; Crash Indicator decreased by 8% and now we have 75%. HOS Compliance (Logbook section), stays the same at 28%. Vehicle Maint., increased by 3% - 83%

DRM:

Operations:

• In August Operations completed an RFP with one of our top customers- CJ Logistics. We are waiting for the results and Hopefully, we will get more loads from them.
• 3,758 loads were hauled.
• On Monday, August 14th EDI went live with Coyote. Currently, we have 3 customers with EDI integration!

Support:

• The support team covered 25 trucks during weekends and after-hours.
• Support has started instructing drivers regarding using check-in/out options in Real Portal application. This process allows us to dispatch loads in accordance with the real state of things, create accurate reports and speed up the processes of the accounting. We have also started to implement new POD/BOL feature in the app, which allows us to block all information regarding drivers' next loads(except for cities of PU and DEL) until they upload a POD for their current load.

Delivered to Billed

• The Billing Team at Real Trucking has continued to work hard to bill and invoice loads as soon as they can. The goal is to bill on the same day. Let's take a look at the numbers for the month of August:

The FMCSA scores for Real Transport WI for June on Unsafe driving decreased by 7%; and the same for the Crash Indicator- 48%. HOS Compliance (Logbook section) - 42%. Vehicle Maint. Is 81%
